Warranties and Product Returns
New speakers are covered by their own respective manufacturers' warranties. For a warranty claim on a new speaker contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us, and we will point you in the right direction.
We have a 30 day return policy on all other products, excluding adhesives. Adhesives are only covered if they arrive to the purchaser in a dried-out condition, or if the container has leaked. In these cases, the adhesive must be returned, and will be replaced. There are NO refunds on adhesives, or adhesive-related products.
In order for returns to be accepted as valid, buyer must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase, and PRIOR to sending the product back.
- If item is returned due to seller error or product defect...Springfield Speaker will replace item, or issue FULL refund.
- If return is due to buyer error, buyer changing their mind, or buyer no longer wanting/needing the product, then seller will issue full refund MINUS a 30% restocking fee, and BUYER is responsible for return shipping.

You must enclose a note that includes your name, contact phone number and email, so we can process the return correctly. NO refunds will be issued until Springfield Speaker LLC has received and processed the return.
As stated above, there are NO refunds on adhesives, or adhesive-related products.
